North Shore Sauna | XL Stainless Steel Tent Sauna Wood Stove
Choose options

The North Shore Sauna XL Stainless Steel Tent Sauna Wood Stove is a wood-fired heater made from SS304 stainless steel for compatible outdoor sauna tents. The supplier recommends this larger stove for Nova 6 and Dome Sauna tents, particularly where portability is less important or conditions are cold.
Larger Stove for a Dedicated Tent Sauna Setup
Build your wood-fired sauna setup around a larger stove and stone load. Compared with the supplier's standard stove, the XL is described as wider and made with thicker metal. At approximately 80 lb before adding stones, it requires more planning for transport and placement than a smaller portable stove.
- Material: SS304 stainless steel.
- Fuel: Firewood. The supplier describes standard-length logs but does not specify a maximum log length.
- Recommended tent models: North Shore Sauna Nova 6 and Dome Sauna tents; verify compatibility with your exact tent and chimney port.
- Listed stove weight: Approximately 80 lb, excluding the separately described stone load.
- Extended-leg height: 25 in, as listed by the supplier.
Included Equipment and Optional Stone Basket
- XL sauna tent wood stove.
- Six chimney sections, each listed as 4 inches in diameter.
The XL Rock Basket is sold separately. The supplier describes a 70–80 lb sauna-stone load with that basket. Confirm approved stone types, basket capacity, support requirements and loading instructions before use. Sauna stones and the tent are not confirmed as included with this stove.
Apply water to heated stones only as permitted by the manufacturer. No specific steam output, BTU rating, heat-up time or medical benefit is claimed.
Dimensions to Confirm
The source lists two measurement sets without clearly assigning them to the firebox or overall stove: 16 in high × 12 in wide × 21 in long, and 19 in high × 10 in wide × 24 in long. It separately lists a 25-inch height with the legs extended. Request a dimensioned drawing to confirm the firebox, overall footprint, log capacity and installation clearances before ordering.
Outdoor Installation and Safe Operation
Use only in a manufacturer-approved outdoor tent installation. Follow the manufacturer's requirements for stable support, chimney assembly, ventilation, heat shielding and clearance from tent fabric and other combustible materials. Confirm whether a chimney cap, spark arrestor, floor protection or other installation components must be obtained separately.
Follow all manufacturer fire and carbon monoxide precautions. Do not operate in a building or other unapproved enclosed space, and never leave a fire unattended. Verify tent compatibility, complete package contents, assembly instructions, warranty terms and delivery arrangements before purchase.
